Products sourced from South African suppliers are delivered within 2-5 days. These products are fulfilled locally and may arrive sooner than internationally sourced items.

International delivery

Products sourced from our international suppliers have an estimated delivery timeframe of 7-14 business days. Please note that international deliveries may be affected by customs processing, shipping delays, or other factors outside our control.

Mixed orders

If your order contains both locally sourced and internationally sourced products, your items may arrive separately. Local products may be dispatched and delivered before your international items arrive. You will receive the relevant tracking information for each shipment when available.
